KAM Successfully Delivers EPC Turnkey Interior Project for “Pusheng Ocean Ranch No. 3” at Guangzhou Shipyard International

On January 11, 2023, the EPC turnkey project for thesecond semi-submersible deep-sea intelligent aquaculture tourism platform “Pusheng Ocean Ranch No. 3” was successfully delivered at Guangzhou Shipyard International’s Wenchong Repair and Construction Shipyard. The platform was constructed forHainan Pusheng Marine Technology Development Co., Ltd., with KAM responsible for the EPC interior works.

The project represents Guangzhou Shipyard International’s response to the national strategy of green marine development. Developed in collaboration with multiple research institutions—including the Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and theLaboratory of Marine Science and Engineering (Zhanjiang)—the platform integrates advanced technologies for intelligent aquaculture.

KAM was responsible for thedesign, supply, and installation of interior spaces, includingcabins, restaurants, and leisure areas. The platform is equipped with anintelligent aquaculture systemand serves as a modern marine industry integration platform combining smart equipment, aquaculture facilities, and tourism functions.

From the start of construction inearly December 2022 to the final delivery onJanuary 11, 2023, the project team overcame challenges includingtight procurement schedules and an extremely compressed construction timeline. Through close collaboration among thedesign, procurement, and project management teams, as well as the dedicated efforts of the on-site construction crew, the project was completed within approximatelyone month.

Despite difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the team maintained continuous operations to ensure progress. The project was ultimately deliveredon schedule, enabling the client to hold the vessel’s delivery ceremony as planned and earning strong recognition from the shipowner.
