KAM Successfully Delivers EPC Turnkey Interior Project for 40 m High-Speed Law Enforcement Vessel “Qing Gong 001”

In October 2023, the EPC turnkey interior project for the 40 m high-speed law enforcement command vessel “Qing Gong 001”, constructed by Changzhou FRP Shipyard Co., Ltd. for the Qingdao Municipal Public Security Bureau, was successfully delivered in Yangzhou. Featuring a deep V-shaped double-angle hull design and lightweight structural configuration, the vessel is equipped with a waterjet propulsion system, providing excellent maneuverability to meet the rapid response requirements of maritime law enforcement operations.

KAM was responsible for the interior design, supply, and installation for all areas across the navigation deck, main deck, and lower deck. From the preliminary design phase in January 2022 to the final delivery in October 2023, the design team worked closely with the shipyard and shipowner through multiple rounds of technical discussions and design refinements. This ensured that the final interior solution not only met operational functional requirements but also enhanced the vessel’s interior design quality.

During project execution, the team successfully addressed challenges such as tight procurement timelines and a compressed construction schedule. Through close collaboration between the design, procurement, and project management teams, multiple technical and construction challenges were resolved. The project was ultimately delivered on schedule, enabling the client to hold the vessel’s delivery ceremony as planned and earning strong recognition from the shipowner.
